Disappointed though quite recently when I wanted to book cabanas for 34 people for a special birthday. Everyone of our group that we have ever gone to Sol with has enjoyed their meal. The chicken is well cooked and delicious although rather small, but the salad is around the size you would expect. The cocktails and wine are very pleasant and normally I order the Peruvian roast chicken and a garden salad. Sitting in a cabana with friends, looking at the gorgeous pool and bar at the far end you genuinely feel that you are in a high. We have been to Sol quite a few times, mainly because of the very good service and beautiful setting.
